Important IT Notification: Golden-agri.com Domain Migration: What You Need to Know¶

Dear Colleagues,

As we’ve shared recently, between 15 and 29 June 2026, GAR email addresses outside of Indonesia will change to a new domain: @golden-agri.com. This lines up with the launch of the new www.golden-agri.com https://www.golden-agri.com/ website for a consistent, global agribusiness brand.

We’ve prepared an Email Migration Guide to give you all the details on the change:

You can start updating your stakeholders about the upcoming change today using the email template we have prepared. Use the template email attached here or in the Email Migration Guide https://goldenagri.sharepoint.com/sites/SGIT/SitePages/Email-Domain-Migration.aspx .

From now until the end of June there are 5 key actions you’ll need to take to make the switch to @golden-agri.com. Full details are included on OneGAR and the Email Migration Guide and FAQ:

Update your stakeholders (start now)
Update subscription IDs and email addresses
Update password manager
Update recurring invites
Update brand touchpoints

Dear Colleagues,

Your email address is changing. As part of our efforts to build our global agribusiness brand, our corporate email domains outside of Indonesia will soon transition to @golden-agri.com. This will replace @goldenagri.com.sg and @sinarmas-agri.com email domains for users in Singapore and destination offices.

This new change will begin to take effect starting 15 June 2026, and may take up to 14 days to be fully reflected on your Outlook client. The new domain will be rolled out to all users by 29 June 2026.

Scope of Impact

This change will impact users in Singapore and Destination Offices, including AMESA, Europe, US & LatAm.

The domain change will apply to:

Individual user email addresses
Email group distribution lists
Shared mailboxes
System SMTP no-reply email accounts (used by systems to send automated notifications/emails)

Support for You

IT teams will be in contact throughout May and June to provide updates on the transition. We will share a detailed Email Transition Guide to help you navigate potential challenges and answer any questions you may have. Required Action

IT will provide email templates and guidelines to help you inform your stakeholders about this change. Please look for further guidance in late May.
